So for the past 10 months I’ve been on this awkward fitness journey. It’s weird because sometimes I’m all in and sometimes I’m not. I’ve lost 40 pounds and I’m doing great with toning up. I have to consistently remind myself that I’ve lost a good bit AND that muscle indeed weighs FOUR times as much as fat.
Anyways, let me put out some of my upsetting features now. I focused heavily on my upper body this entire time. As a result, my boobs are ridiculous in size (bigger than before) and my arms and things have gotten way smaller… Now, with the arm exercises it has helped my waistline sink in on the sides thus pushing my pudginess out more in the front -__- Why me?! As a result before my mini-vacay (in a startling two-ish weeks) I’m trying to do some real serious work.
What kind of work you ask?
Well, I’m going to start running a bit… You know one minute run, two minute walk kind of thing until I get the hang of this thing. Aside from that, I’m giving up sugar, bread, pasta, etc. I have got to get that under control too.
Slowly but surely I’ll get exactly where I need to be. I just have to focus.
